Roles and Responsibilities :
- Give Solutions to the queries raised.
- Outcall Customers who have visited website and need assistance in buying our product.
- Outcall existing customers and brief about newly launched products.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi, Marathi Languages, other languages would be added advantage.
- Passionate for Customer experience and satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree Preferable Science Stream.
- Presentable Female candidates (Preferred)
- Minimum 06 Months Experience in customer Service/engagement.
- Hike on Last Salary
- Fixed Pay (18k - 25K / Monthly)
- Loyalty Bonus
- Half yearly Appraisal System
- Should be from Navi Mumbai or nearby vicinity.
Shift :
- Day Shift : 9 Hrs. (2 Shifts - 10:00 Hrs - 19:00 Hrs and 11:00 - 20:00 Hrs)
- Rotational Week offs
- Operating window : 09:00 Hrs - 20:00 Hr
