NextBigWhat is hiring Inside Sales Manager (for its professional course sales).
This role will be responsible for lead conversion.
This role would manage :
Engaging with leads, understanding their concerns and helping them select the right courses.
New Customer Acquisition: Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels.
Revenue targets: Consistently meet / exceed targets.
Customer Relationship: Build a deeper understanding of customers and their requirements.
- Key account management
- Daily sales operations / Weekly reporting and sales planning.
What are we looking for?
- 1.5 - 4 years work experience.
- Proven sales experience (preferably in Education / EdTech company).
- Customer centric person.
- Ability to multi-task.
- A nice human being.
