Job Description :

Next57 is currently looking for community manager. This position will play an integral role in the growth company. The community manager will be responsible for handling hospitality and administrative tasks that ensure a quality experience to our clients at our centers. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.

Overall Accountability :

- Engaging with Visitors at the hub. Visitors will be of various nature. They may be visiting as guests, would want to check out the office space, potential walk-ins, etc.

- As the person at the hub desk, you will be the first point of contact for them and will need to help them connect and engage with the right person.

- Coordinating with the Leads passed on by the sales team to ensure a smooth hub tour experience in partnership with respective Community Manager

- You are the First Point of Contact for coordinating resolution of member queries raised via

Roles and Responsibility :

- Coordinate with the team on sales and occupancy targets

- Responding to the clients and customers queries in a timely manner.

- Manage Event-related calls routed to the hub or city

- Collects feedback from the Members

- Handling the overall functions and operations of the office

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

Skills & Behavior Required:

In order to be an ideal fit for this position, you should be:

- Obsessed with the customer experience and creating a - WOW- for our members

- A very strong communicator

- Extremely approachable. Be the person everyone wants to interact with/ go to for solutions.

- Organized and detail oriented along with a flair for coordination.

- Able to work on MS Office/ Google Suite
