Job Summary :
We are looking for an entrepreneurial candidate with great sales skills.
The Sales associate will directly report to the Sales Head and will be responsible for lead generation and engagement with potential clients. This is a high-engagement role and thus requires a candidate who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and passionate about their responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Duties :
1. You are required to find different verticals and avenues to generate more leads for the company (people who are looking for office space in Chandigarh).
2. Manage inbound calls and make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers .
3. Inbound lead conversion: Maximize the conversion from inbound leads given to you, understanding the customer requirement and selling Next57 office space.
4. Maintain follow-ups over calls to keep building the sales pipeline.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Skills :
1. Good Communication skills i.e verbally as well written.
2. Presentation skills.
3. Street Smart attitude, highly motivated candidates.
