Role: Sr. Content Marketing Manager

Location: Noida, Sector 59

Position Details:

4-6 years- experience in Content Marketing / Content Creation for a B2B Tech company / SaaS. Create content, campaigns, and advertising assets for use across, Owned, Earned and Paid platforms with the objective of driving awareness and credibility for the Brand An understanding of how Content and Digital integrates with the overall Marketing strategy and helps with Brand Identity, Engagement all the way to Lead Generation Broadly, this role will be responsible for reaching out to new prospects and engaging with customers via different forms of content - for which hands-on experience in content writing for B2B technology brands is required

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and manage end to end Content Campaigns for the Brand

Draft communication and positioning content for website, PPTs, brochures, EDMs, announcements etc, as well as content for industry events where the organization participates 


- Needs to be fully up to speed in terms of communication style for each type


 - Internal Communications - content creation for Employee Communication, ideas for employee engagement through content


 - External content creation for client newsletter, analysts, press releases - Craft effective messages for the Digital presence of the brand - social media posts, blogs, banner advertising, paid social etc 


- Help build a conversion funnel for content marketing with measurable goals to drive leads and engagement - email marketing campaigns that drive demand and brand visibility


 - Understanding of Digital formats like Videos, Infographics to be able to create compelling stories about the Brand and repurpose in multiple format - Technical video production skills or design skills are not required. 


Should be able to work with the creative design team and guide them on developing different formats for textual content - to make it visually appealing 


 - An understanding of SEO will be necessary to write content which is optimized for generating more traffic


 - Increase reach and penetration of the content - with support from Digital Marketing and other outreach teams


 - Own all communication going out about the Brand to ensure it adheres to our communication tenets

Education Graduate, preferably in English - A post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Marcom or Advertising will be an advantage

Requirements:

- Experience writing, editing and proofreading digital and print copy for a B2B technology company with a basic understanding of SEO and keywords.

- Should be able to identify key trends and create content copy accordingly

- Hands-on experience with Email marketing tools (eg. Netcore, Growbot), Analytics tools to track content performance and traffic thereby, CMS (like Wordpress), Social (eg. Hootsuite)

- Experience in customer acquisition efforts via email, social, blog and similar channels

- Have the technology appetite to understand how enterprise platforms and technology stacks work

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
