Job Profile: Customer Care Representative (Chat & Email)
Process: US Non Voice Process
Salary : 18 k - 35 k CTC /month
Location : Noida and Kolkata NLB Services office.
The candidates will be on NLB services payroll and working for our US Based client . They will be deployed in US Based timings mostly
Job Responsibilities :
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- End to End Customer Management and Order management
Mandatory Skills / Qualification :
- Exposure in chat & email process for international customers
- Open to work 24 x 7 x 365
- Multi-tasking is a must
- Comprehension and written language expertise required
- Typing speed - High (above 40 wpm) as you will be handling multiple screens and platforms when resolving callers- query or requirement
- Knowledge of US states and time zones is important
- Good if you are aware of the various chains of markets etc that are operational in USA
- Polite and empathetic, given the current scenario
- Sound Knowledge of word, excel
- Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work Selection process

- Online assessment - 15 minutes
- Zoom final round with the operations team
- WFH means 9 hours of productive contribution with 1 hour break
- Laptop / Desktop with stable internet connectivity will be an advantage
