What You'll Do:

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Next Education, you will:

- Spearhead the design process for a diverse range of marketing materials, both digital and print, ensuring they align with our brand identity and goals. This includes digital assets, social media creatives, PowerPoint decks, product demo videos, website imagery, infographics, and print collateral.

- Collaborate closely with our content team to craft visual elements that complement and enhance written content, making it more impactful and accessible.

- Offer design support for website development projects, adhering to our brand style guide to deliver a visually appealing user experience.

- Work alongside cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

- Integrate AI technology into the design process to innovate and improve efficiency.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, applying best practices to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our design assets.

What You'll Bring:

- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, BFA, MFA, B.Des/M.Des, or related fields.

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a print medium or advertising agency setting.

- A compelling portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and creativity across various platforms and media.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with Figma is a plus.

- A good grasp of UI design principles, typography, color theory, branding, and layout composition.

- Strong communication skills to effectively translate marketing objectives into captivating visual concepts.

- Exceptional time management and project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
