NewJ - Manager - Influencer Marketing (3-5 yrs)
NEWJ is looking for young dynamic self-starters who are excited at the prospect of learning & conquering social media. We- re seeking someone who works well under pressure and can explain stories to young people in an interesting visually relatable way.
Who we- re looking for:
Influencer Marketing Manager
Role and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to create and manage campaigns
- Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
- Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets
- Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
- Liaising with the marketing team to create content marketing strategies that work across different channels
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of experience required
- Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
- In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
