NewARCH Design Consultants - Manager - Business Development (3-8 yrs)
Qualification : Preferably M.B.A with B.Arch or B.Tech Civil / Mechanical / Electrical
Background :
- Sales and Business Development experience in BIM and Architecture
- Exposure and experience in Outsourcing/ Offshore model
- Exposure & Experience in selling Engineering Services in AEC sector like Building Information Modelling (BIM),
- Structural, Architectural Support, Master-planning / Urban Design, HVAC etc.
- Role expects your contribution in different forms like generating the leads to closure, working with team, technical team and various other departments to facilitate sales closure
Skills :
- Should be able to make sales call with U.S.A, Australia & UK clients to get get sale leads.
- Based on the feed back received update the management and follow the necessary changes required.
- Rotational shifts will be there as per the country wise.
