Job Description:

As the Business Development Manager at MAP Architects, you will be pivotal in driving our business growth and expansion. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients and strategic partners, and enhancing our market presence.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term revenue objectives.

Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the real estate, commercial, and public sectors.

2. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote MAP Architects and gather market intelligence.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with business development strategies.

4. Prepare and present business proposals to prospective clients.

5. Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

6. Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

7. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the architecture industry, current market trends, and potential new markets.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, ideally in the architecture, design, or construction industries.

3. Strong networking skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

4. Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to solve problems creatively.

Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
