- Detegeo Chem is hiring for G.M. Marketing (Personal Care & Home Care)
- Responsible for marketing of LABSA and SLES to customers pan-India and abroad.
- Relationship building and liasoning with clients and their employees for long-term repeat business including regular customer visits.
- Following up and ensuring timely payment from clients as per agreed credit terms.
- Attending customer complaints along with QC Head.
- Providing technical support to clients in formulation, etc. with assistance from QC Head.
- Gathering data on competitor activities with respect to prices, product quality, customer linkages, etc.
- Develop counter strategies against competitor activities.
- Coordinating with GM-Operations for desired product quality and timely delivery.
- Liason and negotiate with transporters to ensure lowest possible landed cost to clients.
- Provide timely market feedback to management and assist in raw material procurement and costing of products.
