Neva - Executive - Telesales (0-1 yrs)

We are looking for Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales leads & technical support for our company in the US market, Person in this position will have to work in US timings.

Responsibilities :

- Actively contact potential and existing customers to inform about technical product & service offerings using sales scripts preferred by the company. 


- Answer questions about products or the company & ask questions to understand customer requirements and document. 


- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations. 


- Enter and update customer information in the database and process the orders accurately. 


- Handle grievances of the customer in a calm and composed manner 


- Maintaining good customer relationships. 


- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales. 


- Set appointments with prospective customers based on sales head's schedule

Requirements :

- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role for the US market 


- Experience in handling US business customers. 


- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota.


 - Good knowledge of relevant computer programs & basic knowledge of HW & SW technology. 


- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Excellent English speaking skills Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
