Job responsibilities :

1. In nutshell you will be responsible for ensuring that backend platform and devices for our microstores and cashless devices are running 24/7

2. Ability to help the client open up and talk about their requirements

3. Follow up regularly with the clients to understand operational issues and resolve them

4. Work in sync with the product and tech team to raise technical issues faced by clients

Job Requirements :

1. Good conversation (speaking and writing) skills- English and one native language

2. Ability to engage the clients to extract the maximum information about the requirement and issues faced by them

3. Strong time management, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

4. Technical background is a plus
