Role & Responsibilities
1) The DME would work as feet on street for the promotion of programs which comes with assured placement in leading Financial institutions
2) The DME would be involved in outreach travel, local visits, outdoor promotional activities like participating in events,
employment exchange, local development institutes going to market for data collection, visiting NGOs, local panchayat, rural villages
3) The primary objective of the DME would be to generate required amount of walk-in of job seeking eligible candidates on the outreach activity, counsel them, complete the documentation, collect payments and make them reach the training venue
4) Job involves extensive travelling every week of the month to tier 2 and 3 towns for sourcing and mobilization
5) To conduct various BTL activities at the drive to generate database of job seeking candidates
6) To provide the regular update and feedback; daily reporting and DSR
7) Ensure monthly targets are met
