Position : IT Account Development Associate

Location : Bangalore

Job Type : Full Time

Responsibilities :

1. Identify and target prospective enterprise clients to understand their IT requirements and business challenges.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within enterprise organizations.

3. Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to create customized IT solutions that address clients' specific needs.

4. Present and demonstrate our portfolio of IT products and services to potential clients through in-person meetings, virtual presentations, and webinars.

5. Work closely with internal teams to prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotes.

6. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with clients.

7. Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, consistently driving revenue growth.

8. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

9. Provide post-sale support by coordinating with the implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction.

Requirements :

1. Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, software solutions, and emerging technologies.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

4. Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

7. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
