Networking Sales Role (3-10 yrs)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Build business by identifying and selling prospects.

- Sell Networking Products, Solutions & Services across vertical Viz: Enterprise, Manufacturing, IT / ITeS e.t.c.

- Identify new accounts to sell products and services into.

- Manage, Develop & Get recurring business from the developed accounts by cross selling solutions offered by Conventus.

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales.

- Develop and maintain relationship with OEMs to enhance sales in market place.

- Develop and deliver sales forecasts in line with business objectives.

- Implement the sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded in marketplace.

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, seminars/webinars.

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information technology, Business).

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Strong understanding of networking technologies, protocols, and concepts.

- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Goal oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software.

- Ideally should understand basic networking technology with relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Comp TIA Network+), though preferred but not mandatory.

- Should be able to do sales planning.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

- Proven experience in technical sales, with a focus on networking solutions
