Sales Coordination : Prompt coordination with Sales team and agencies to log in deals with requisite paperwork to aid timely log in of campaigns
- Alerting sales teams on consumption of deals by regularly sharing deal reconciliations,taking MG's & maintaining revenue reports.
- Coordinating with traffic team & ensure requisite paperwork is in place for bookings
- Following the standard operating procedure in logging in deals and RO's effectively with zero error to ensure revenue maximisation
- Maintaining a report of the region that gives clarity on deals, revenue & rates
- Reporting in Gurgaon strictly
