B2B Sales Manager for Mumbai Zone

Job Summary:

The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.

They must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.

This requires a thorough knowledge of the education market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company's competitors.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Representing the company for the company's related products and services.

2. Management of leads generated by Sales Managers and inbound leads generated by the company for specific clients interested for Franchisee.

3. Assessing and giving presentations (process and financials) to prospective clients who approach the company for the franchisee.

3. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

4. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

5. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately

6. Present an image that mirrors that of the client

7. Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities

8. Understand the company's goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company's performance

9. Responsible for analyzing the prospect needs

10. Responsible for growing existing client base

11. Responsible for achieving sales

12. Responsible for client acquisition

13. Responsible for building strong relationships with prospect

14. Responsible for follow ups.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Should be comfortable in travelling if required

2. Responsible for brand promotion & maintaining relationship with business partners

3. Minimum of 1-2 year work experience in education / enterprise sales industry

4. Decent in spoken English and Hindi

5. Presentable Personality

6. Good communication skills & quick thinker on the feet

Must :

a. Identification of potential segments in the city and building a pipeline

b. Expansion of TopperLearning.com franchisees with the targeted number of Franchisees for the year

c. Follow the sales process with prospective franchisees thoroughly

d. Execute monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking

e. Able to build awareness in respective territories

f. Ensure academy delivery is meeting Company standards

g. Brand Building of the school in the target markets

h. Visiting and inspecting the centers with respect to the training imparted.

i. Monitor market Intelligence within the industry

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 45,000.00 /month + Lucrative Incentive Structure
