Job Description
Vacancy for the position of Telephonic Academic Counsellor in Mumbai, Chembur Location (Male/ Female).
Key role
Counselling Students and Parents about our courses and programs in to CA Coaching
2. Responsible for Admission, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output.
3. Interaction with students and parents till admission is complete.
4. Monitoring students to purchase suitable CA Preparation packages for him / her
5. Maintaining students' database and monitoring their sales conversion report.
6. Visiting classroom blocks and centers
Fee collection and petty cash management as and when required
8. Handling the call center administration and other responsibilities related to the job
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Must have pleasing voice
2. Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
3. Must possess Excellent presentation and communication skills.
4. Should have real time exposure in Education Counselling. Minimum 1 year experience
5. Must be patient and polite.

UG:Any Graduate - B.Com (pass / appearing)

Salary: Rs. 300,000.00 to Rs. 450,000.00 /year
