Looking for Customer Care Executives for In house Inbound Domestic Call Centre. Candidate should have good communication skills & flair towards customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities -

- Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have queries.

- Resolving problems by clarifying issues and by escalating unsolved problems.

- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

- Flexible to work on rotational shifts
