Nettechnocrats - Manager - Business Development (4-7 yrs)

- The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships. They develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and expand the company's customer base.

Key Responsibilities :


- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.


- Understand the target markets including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.


- Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients.


- Contact potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them.


- Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods.


- Develop and implement growth strategies for the achievement of revenue goals.


- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.


- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and potential clients.


Requirements :


- Experience required (3-7 years)


- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field thorough understanding of sales, digital marketing or related field.


- Strong communication skills and IT fluency


- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.


- Excellent organizational skills


- Ability to handle the team of sales.
