Business Development and Sales - IT Infrastructure & Cloud

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Sales professional with 5-7 years of industry experience in the IT Services industry to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth for our IT infrastructure and cloud services vertical, targeting enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities :

- Drive enterprise business growth for a given set of enterprise accounts by constructing digital transformation solutions that meet customer requirements.

- Take complete ownership and responsibility for new orders and revenue and grow into P&L management of the account.

- Identify problem areas and collaborate with product and solutions teams to implement the desired solution for the customer, setting up periodic bid calls between sales, commercial, solution, and product teams.

- Manage and grow infrastructure, cloud solutions, revenue targets, revenue retention, and revenue maximization for the organization.

- Sell IT/DC Services/Networking Products/Network Security Products/Managed Services/Remote Infra Services to top/large accounts in the respective regions.

- Assist the team in complex sales negotiations and closing deals, as well as attending sales presentations.

- Develop best practices and consultative selling approaches.

- Manage and grow a team of business development and B2B sales experts.

- Strong hold on IT infrastructure, IaaS, PaaS, CMS solutions, DRaaS and Back up as a Service Co-location.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- Excellent communication skills, client relationships (existing and ability to create new), executive engagements, strategic planning, and evaluating new account penetration techniques.

- Strong experience in front-ending and winning large deals.

Experienced :

- 5-7 years of experience in IT Infra Sales in the IT Services industry.

- In dealing with Managed Infra Services, Cloud, Data Centre, Hardware (Firewall, Servers etc)
