Role : Asst. Manager- ORM (Online Reputation & Response Management )

Experience: 1 - 5 Yrs.

We are looking for Candidates having experience in "Online Reputation Management" or - Online Response Management- or - Social Analytics- or "Social Media" or - Social Media Customer Support- or - Social Media Listening- Online Content writing and is passionate to always have the pulse on the brand.

Job Requirements:

- Experience in ORM (Online Reputation Management) will be ideal

- Experience in ORM (Online Response Management) will be ideal

- Hands on experience of Social Media and ORM tools will be useful

- Should understand social media platforms and the ability to grasp its key elements

- Social Media Listening & monitoring experience will be ideal

- Should have the ability to identify critical social posts as well as patterns emerging from posts

- Good command over English

- Good MS Excel skills and exposure to work on Google docs or G-suite

- Focused on delivery

- Attention to detail and high on rigor

- Expected to work contribute individually on modules of a project

- Enthusiastic, displaying energy, drive and stamina

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
