Role Overview :

- The Social Media Specialist will develop, implement, and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. You will collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop and execute campaigns across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

What You'll be Doing :

- Manage social media in the development and execution of effective social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) that align with the company's marketing objectives.

- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive website traffic, increase leads, and boost sales.

- Create and manage content calendars that outline the campaign strategy and tactics.

- Monitor and report on social media competitor activity to ensure that our social media strategies are competitive and effective.

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop campaign concepts and content that resonates with target audiences.

- Use social media analytics tools to identify target audiences and develop targeted campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to continually improve campaign performance.

- Use social media metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and report on key metrics to the marketing team.

- Manage budgets and timelines for social media campaigns, ensuring that campaigns are executed on time and within budget.

What Makes You a Great Candidate :

- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven work experience as a social media campaign specialist, with a track record of successful campaigns.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Fb/Insta console) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and approaches.

- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
