Product Manager - Cloud

POSITION OVERVIEW:

WORK SHIFT- US Timing

Strategy:

- Develop Product Strategy in terms of overall NetCom Learning Portfolio.

- Work with Vendor Manager on upselling to existing Database and acquiring new customers.

Business Development:

- Discover Lead Generating Programs that Vendors are offering to Partners

- Work with Vendor Relationship Team to partner with various Vendor Contacts to generate Leads

- Develop programs to offer NetCom Learning Resellers

Course Management:

- Knowledge on assigned Vendors' Training and Certification and its associated skilling plan

- Ensures alignment on Course Lifecycle as provided by Vendor.

- Responsible for ensuring Vendor, Product, Course, and Certification information is accurate and updated in the NetCom Learning Content Management System.

- Creation of Metas

- Responsible for updating Pricing and Schedule and creating them in the Content Management System

- Responsible for updating Certification Roadmaps and Learning Plan in Content Management System

- Ensure that applicable book and lab cost are updated in the Content Management System

- Ensure that NetCom Learning can offer Product on both Live Instructor-led Training and E-learning.

- Work with SMEs on developing Skills Assessment

- Maintain Course Catalog - Product, Course, Certification in Content Management System

Analysis:

- Perform Competitive Analysis on Pricing, Schedule, and Offering by researching Vendor and Competitors

- Share Competitive Analysis findings and prepare strategy based on it to Management to keep NetCom Learning's competitiveness

- Analyze Leads and Enrollments and make recommendations to Management

Collaboration:

- Work with NetCom Learning Vendor Manager on Strategy and Execution

- Collaborate with NetCom Learning Vendor Manager on Promotions

Reports:

- Prepare Reports on Learner Count, Vendor Revenue, NetCom Revenue, Certification Exam and present to Leadership

- Prepare Reports on Courses Created, Retired, Replacements. Make Recommendations based on Industry Demand and NetCom run rates and present to Leadership

- Maintain Project and Task List

Internal Training:

- Prepare Product Updates to share with all Teams including new products and changes in Product Offerings (Product, Certification, and Courses)

- Develop and deliver sales tools and collateral in partnership with marketing to improve the effectiveness of all Internal Teams including Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

- Ensures product and service support documentation is current in the CRM (product descriptions, product relationships, sales collateral, support tools, etc.)

POSITION MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- To be considered, you will need to have skills and strengths in the following areas:

- Experience in Cloud - Azure, AWS, GCP, Alibaba

- Certification is Cloud - desirable

- Experience in IT training industry - desirable

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology. Masters preferred

- Industry Knowledge on IT Training and Certification, specifically Networking, Virtualization, Cloud, Security

- 3 - 5 years experience in marketing communications.

- In-depth subject matter expertise in marketing and product management

- Ability to develop leads and provide organizational context to the sales team and training operation team.

- Ability to diagnose and assess client needs and underlying issues to construct specific and detailed client solutions

- Ability to support sales in customer relationship development articulating product/service positioning to organization functional leaders and contracting technical experts while emphasizing company and division strengths and capabilities

- Ability to support development and execution of an annual marketing and sales strategy

- Ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage multi-demand and multi-priority projects and proposals

- Ability to collect market insights and establish networks to support new product ideas

- Strong business acumen, strategic insight, and interpersonal savvy to work with senior managers and executives

- Ability to leverage data and market intelligence as part of the decision-making process

- Project and Time management. effectively manage time and resources in order to achieve high productivity and efficiency

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written

- The ability to thrive in a strategic, consultative sales environment

- Good computer skills; i.e., Excel, Outlook, Microsoft applications, CRM, marketing automation tool

- Highly motivated to lead and be a leader themselves -Set high standards of performance for self and others

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

- Exercises professionalism at all times when dealing with external and internal customers

- Excellent writing, verbal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
