The Role :

- We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and always - on the toes- business development executives to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings.

What you will be working on :

- Winning new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the service partners, channel partners and other sources.

- Identifying and appointing channel partners and service partners for deeper market penetration and ensure their training

- Implement appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales.

- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

- Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients

- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices. Ensure win-win deals.

- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes

- Taking full control of the work happening at client sites

- Working hand in hand with technical and account teams.

- Solving all the issue of service partners, channel partners and clients for making smooth business relation

What we are looking for :

- Extensive sales experience preferably from building material industry

- Experience in a customer-facing role

- Freshers can also apply

- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services.

- Professional yet affable disposition.

- Neat, well-groomed appearance.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Customer-centric attitude

- Ability to learn quickly and take direction

- Proactive problem-solving skills with an eagerness to fix inefficiencies

- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help your teammates

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
