Nestaway - Executive - Social Content & Online Reputation Management (1-3 yrs)
Nestaway is looking for an experienced, highly motivated individual responsible for driving positive brand sentiment on the internet & creating a community of evangelists!!
Key responsibilities :
1- Handle ORM and social media responses across all channels
2- Work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
3- Communicate and understand policy changes and impact on consumers
4- Resolve consumer issues at the earliest.
Eligibility Criteria-
1. 1-3 years experience with relevant background in managing Social Media & ORM management or active role in a Brand's social space, Brand Management experience preferred.
2. Must have excellent problem solving skills, ability to think on the feet & make quick decisions.
3. Experience in driving influencer programs will be preferred.
4. Good relationship building skills, since role requires person to interact & influence different set of audiences.
5. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
