- We are an organization dealing into manufacturing of Zincalume bolted Water storing tanks. we are hiring for Marketing & Sales Professionals to working with us. Please find below the job description for same .

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation :

a. Identify and research potential clients within the target market.

b. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.

2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building :

a. Establish rapport and build long-term relationships with clients.

b. Understand clients' needs, preferences, and pain points to offer tailored solutions.

3. Sales Process Management :

a. Conduct thorough needs analysis and recommend appropriate products or services.

b. Create and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotes.

4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis :

a. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.

b. Provide insights to the marketing and product teams to help shape future strategies.

5. Sales Strategy and Planning :

a. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

b. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Graduate/Post Graduate with Business Administration or equivalent

- Prior experience in B2B sales in same related industry.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
