Manager - Marketing - Digital


- We are seeking a data-driven marketing mind to keep our company and product focused on the customer and ahead of the competition. You will conduct competitive research and help us understand the buyer's journey, from stranger to happy customer who promotes our cause. You will also help us maintain competitive advantages by working with internal stakeholders, as well as external partners like product review sites and customer groups. You will be in charge of all external, online acquisition marketing, website designing, managing the strategy, execution, and optimization across channels.

- Conduct regular competitive research on other products and companies in our industry

- Help our team optimize our website, marketing touch points and approach accordingly

- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead

- Strategize and Plan a robust SEM Program for traffic growth: keyword discovery, expansion, ad copy, ad grouping, landing page optimization, testing, and analysis

- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution

- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)

- Experimenting with various organic & paid acquisition channels

- Creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertising and other marketing related projects. Producing valuable & engaging content for the website and blog that attracts & converts our target group.

- Build strategic relationships & partner with key industry players, agency and vendors

- Up-to-date with the best practices in online & offline marketing & measurements

- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in web design.

- Knowledge of website analytics tools

Qualifications and Technical Skills :

- Master's Degree in Marketing (Preferred)

Overall and Specific Experience :

- Intimate understanding of traditional emerging marketing channels

- 2 - 4 years of Experience

- 1 year Experience in working with a Agency (Preferred)

Key Behavioural Attributes :

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to think creatively and innovatively

- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends
