Eligibility Criteria :

Qualification

- Any Graduate/Post Graduate - 2019 and 2020 Passout.

- Post Graduate with B.Sc.IT, BCA, BE/B.Tech will be preferred.

Eligible Streams from MBA :

- MBA with specialization in Marketing / International Business

The role of a Business Development Executive is to assist the organisations sales and growth efforts by researching and contributing to new client acquisition. The role involves active coordination across teams and demands exceptional inter-personal skills.

Primary roles and responsibilities :

- To identify and connect with key decision makers of leading corporates using right channels to create new business opportunities.

- Assist in the developing and maintaining of strong client pipeline, current and prospective.

- Make cold calls for new business leads.

- Update and create tailored client proposals.

- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.

- Ongoing monitoring and analysis of pipeline to review performance & optimize accordingly to ensure objectives are met.

- Maintaining strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls.

Competencies and Skills Required :

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Good negotiation skills

- Detail oriented and an active listener

- Proactive Marketer with exceptional selling skills

Job location :

- Mumbai

Commitment :

- Willing to work for a minimum tenure of 2 years.

Compensation :

- Annual CTC: 3 Lakhs.
