- Should have very good experience in selling IT Services or IT Contract staffing
- Should be fluent in speaking English & other local or regional languages for respective regions
- Client facing with good presentation skills
- Should have achieved Sales target for respective region consistently
- Should have strong connects with C-Level people in respective regions
- Strong Work Ethic
- Positive Attitude
- Good Time Management Abilities
- Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
- Should be a good Team Player
- Excellent ability to build relationships/rapport with Existing and New Clients/Customers at various -levels
