POSITION: Business Development Manager

This is a full-time, remote role that may require some travel as per business needs

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Identify and develop new international markets

- Conduct market research, perform competitor and other analysis, and prepare reports and updates for senior management on the firm's business development activities

- Research organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities

- Work on generating leads and contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings

- Organize/attend seminars/conferences/events, network to generate prospects, and identify and manage publishing/speaking engagements

- Create and deliver presentations and confidently engage with prospects through online and offline channels

- Identify client needs and pitch our offerings accordingly

- Collaborate cross-functionally for proposal development and other activities

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Minimum of 3-5 years- experience in DEI/HR related field or in selling enterprise/B2B services

- Minimum Bachelor's degree required

SKILLS :

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

- Ability to build rapport and form trusted relationships

- Self-driven and proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit

- Well organized with a strong attention to detail

- Ability to quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of our offerings as well as the overall business landscape

- Ability to collaborate and work with globally spread multi-cultural/diverse stakeholders

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- Intrinsically motivated with a high level of initiative and creative approach to work

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and presentation creation tools
