NeoLacta Lifesciences - Key Account Manager - Sales (8-12 yrs)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new innovative startup in the Healthcare space, targeting neonatal healthcare.

NeoLacta Lifesciences is the first company in Asia and India to bring the concept of collecting, processing and marketing 100% human breast milk products to save the lives of premature babies. This concept already exists in the United States for the past 10+ years.

The Processing facility is situated in Bangalore.

The product has already been launched in December 2016 with successful usage across all the leading hospitals in Bangalore, Mangalore and Belgaum. The product has since also been launched in AP/Telegana

The business is now seeking to expand into Maharashtra and is seeking a self-motivated candidate to target the key markets of Mumbai/Pune particularly.

The ideal candidate should have atleast 8+ years of experience as a Business or Area Manager. Experience in working with high end speciality products such surfactant / oncology / immunotherapy / biologicals / immunosuppressant and Implants etc would be an advantage.

The role is based out of Mumbai and covering key markets including Pune and surrounds.

Role Objective: Achieve targeted level of sales within the assigned territory

Duties & Responsibilities

- Professionally & effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales

- Develop the sales and business mix from the individual customer

- Maintain accurate & current database

- Identify & develop KOLS

- Effectively communicate with customers to gain commitment to purchase

- Advise Reporting Manager on feedback/comments relating to product content & pricing

- Provide weekly & monthly schedule of planned activities

- Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievements & activities

- Keep abreast on competitor's activities and recommend any necessary tactical actions.

Skills & Experience

- Preferably BSc / B.Pharm graduate

- Previous experience of having worked with products related to NICU space and well conversant & up-to-date about NICU- s/Neonatologists, PICU- s/Paed's in all major hospitals & clinics would be an added advantage or selling products

- Minimum of 5+ years pharma sales experience

- Must be willing to travel both within city & out-of-station (approx 20 - 30% of the time) and must have own 2 wheeler with license

- Have an established track record in achieving results and targets

- Good English communication skills

- Fluency in Marathi

- Good computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office, being Word & Excel

- Good analytical and communication (verbal & written) skills

- The Position will suit an experienced employee who has been keen to take on a more challenging role in a new company

Salary package - This will be competitive with the current salary & experience.
