Position Overview :

- We are looking for a passionate, energetic person and self driven Manager - Inside Sales with experience in new customer acquisition, retention, businesses and growth for NeoDove (SaaS Startup). It will involve you positioning our product to businesses looking to improve their efficiency.

- A specialist who can plan and execute a new Strategy to help build NeoDove as a brand. As a Manager, you will be managing and developing a team of Executives and Interns.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing the New Customer Acquisition team.

- Source new sales opportunities through outbound reach, cold emails, LinkedIn, skype chats or phone calls or anything to reach out to prospective customers at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions.

- Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations and perform effective online demos to demonstrate the value propositions of NeoDove.

- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline towards targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales.

- Understand customer pain points, requirements and correlate NeoDove solutions and customer requirements.

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

- Analyse and communicate with customers in overall performance and execution of action plans and Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.

- Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.

- Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high potential new customers.

- Responsible for the daily reports of the team (Dials, Talk Time, Emails, Opportunities).

- Forecast closures accurately (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).

- Coordinate with Customer Success Team (CST) to analyse and communicate with the customers on overall performance and execution of action plans.

- Implementation and execution of systems and handholding of the customer's team to train them.

- Open to feedback.

Skills :

- Proven Inside sales experience, preferably at SaaS start-up.

- Team Player and Team Handling with proper guidance.

- Experience on Video Making for demonstration of product.

- Track - record of over achieving the target allotted.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong listening and presentation skills.

- Positive and energetic phone skills.

- Ability to make focused efforts to close deals. The ideal candidate should be strategy driven with a research-based approach.

- Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools and other sales tools will be an added advantage.

- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.

- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.

Qualification :

Any Bachelor's degree preferred.
