Job description
1. For handling and expanding the existing tender business DMS (document Management System Software & application projects ) in State Government Tenders, Institutions, etc. on all India basis.
Roles and Responsibilities.
2. Must be able to fill the tenders online with proper documentation and then coordinate with the plant for timely dispatch.
3. Generates new sales leads from Market Government/ Enterprise/corporation.
4. Check various Tender on a daily basis and identify contracts.
5. Co-ordinate between customer and company for proper responses to tenders.
6. Coordinate with Client for payment
8. responsible for bank work related tender.
9. Support the preparation of quotations, proposals and presentations based on the customers product and services requirements.
10. Develop market intelligence, competitor activity, etc relevant to the tender business
11. Coordinate tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.
