Title: Head Sales & Marketing - L8

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Preparing and monitoring monthly, quarterly and annual budget for marketing

- Strategizing marketing efforts including Digital marketing, advertising, communications, etc.

- Developing plans to help establish & promote the Neebal brand & products.

- Allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term & long-term goals.

- Gathering, investigating and summarizing market data and trends

- Responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that is inline with Neebal's goals

- Achieve sales targets by taking proactive steps in team collaboration and resource allocation.

- Staying updated by attending exhibitions, conferences, workshops and reading relevant publications and maintaining personal and professional networks.

- Maintaining relationships with key clientele

- Partner with Customers to identify their needs and build strong relationships.

- Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales & marketing representatives

- Monitoring competition and strategizing to stay ahead.

- Identify global expansion opportunities and build partnerships

Requirements :

- Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.

- Customer service approach

- Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking skills

- Knowledge of data analysis & report writing

- Ability to work under pressure

Qualifications :

- 12+ years of Sales and Marketing experience.

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Sales
