- Company Overview :

NCompas Business Solutions Inc., We are a fast-growing software development company looking to hire a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. This position will primarily focus on executing various digital marketing and automation tasks. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a technical background and exposure to B2B technology marketing. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be familiar with social media management, CRM systems, and email marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities :

Social Media Management :

- Execute day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.

- Coordinate with content creators to ensure timely and relevant content is posted on various social media platforms.

- Monitor social media metrics and generate performance reports.

HubSpot Integration :

- Manage the integration of social media contacts and leads into HubSpot CRM.

- Ensure data accuracy and completeness within HubSpot for effective lead tracking and nurturing.

Email Marketing Campaign Management :

- Assist in setting up and executing email marketing campaigns using tools like HubSpot or other platforms.

- Monitor email campaign performance, track open rates, click-through rates, and assist in optimizing campaign strategies.

LinkedIn Campaign Management :

- Support the planning and execution of LinkedIn marketing campaigns.

- Engage with the audience and respond to inquiries on the company's LinkedIn page.

Data Management :

- Regularly update and maintain the marketing database with new leads, contact information, and other relevant details.

- Ensure data hygiene and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Reporting and Analysis :

- Generate regular reports on key marketing metrics and analyze data to identify trends and insights.

- Support the team in making data-driven decisions to improve marketing strategies.

Qualifications :

- 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.

- Technical background and familiarity with B2B technology marketing.

- Proficient in social media management tools and platforms.

- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and email marketing platforms.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.

- Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and advertising is a plus.
