Job Title: Email Marketing Executive (Email Marketing and LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Location: Emaar Digital Greens, Sector 61, Gurgaon.

Work Shift - Mon - Fri, 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Job Summary:

As an Email Marketing Executive at NCheng LLP, specializing in Email Marketing and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive email marketing campaigns and leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling email content, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns while harnessing LinkedIn Sales Navigator's power to identify and connect with potential leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:

1) Email Campaign Management:

Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with our marketing strategy.

Develop and curate engaging email content, including newsletters, product updates, promotions, and event invitations.

Implement segmentation and targeting strategies for personalized email communication.

2) Email Automation:

Set up and manage email automation workflows to nurture leads, onboard new customers, and drive conversions.

Continuously optimize email automation sequences based on performance data and industry best practices.

3) Audience Analysis:

Conduct in-depth analysis of the email subscriber base to understand customer behavior and preferences.

Utilize data-driven insights to customize email content, timing, and frequency for different customer segments.

4) A/B Testing:

Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize subject lines, email copy, visuals, and calls-to-action.

Interpret test results and apply learnings to enhance campaign performance.

5) Email Deliverability:

Monitor email deliverability rates and implement strategies to maintain high inbox placement rates.

Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) and maintain clean email lists.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator:

1) LinkedIn Lead Generation:

- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and target potential leads and prospects.

- Develop and maintain a database of LinkedIn contacts for outreach and relationship building.

2) Engagement Strategies:

- Leverage the advanced features of LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track leads and measure the success of outreach campaigns.

- Develop and implement strategies to engage and nurture LinkedIn connections.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

- Proven expertise in email marketing and marketing automation platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot).

- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and A/B testing.

- Proficiency in email marketing analytics and reporting tools.

- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail.

- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and relationship building.

- Knowledge of social selling techniques and LinkedIn engagement strategies.
