NBC Bearings - Deputy Manager - Sales - Agri Machinery Segment (4-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Developing the business with Global OEMs like CNH, John Deere, SDF, Carraro, Mahindra Entities where we already have an established business in India.
2. Exploring and tapping into untouched entities in Agri segment spread across Europe/ NAFTA and ANZ
3. Exploring avenues of warehousing and support structure to meet customer specific requirements.
4. Must have experience of working in export market.
Skills Required:
1. Good interpersonal and communication skills
2. An established team player, passionate and willing to collaborate with existing Domestic team to hunt for opportunities and take the team along
3. Mechanical engineering / Working knowledge of automotive systems - differential / transmission. An insight into agriculture industry will surely help.
4. Good Analytical skills
5. Good presentation skills
Qualification - B. tech (Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial)
