NBC Bearings - Deputy Manager - Export Sales - North American Market (4-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Managing the existing customers in North America
2. Managing the Representative office and align them with organisation objectives
3. Getting new customers on board. Handling RFQ, Warranty Policy, Deliveries, Product Liability and other such aspects
4. Maintain healthy working relationship with the customers (with quarterly visits and addressing their concerns promptly
5. Improving Order to Cash cycle while ensuring timely customer remittance
Skills Required:
1. Understanding of SAP-ERP Systems
2. Understanding of EDI based logistics interface
3. Good command over Microsoft Excel and various analytical tools available to drive home the analysis
4. Good Interpersonal skills, Excellent Communication
5. handle customer deadlines while maintaining composure
6. Good Analytical skills
Other Key Requirements -
1. Candidate must have knowledge of working in North America Markets.
2. SHould have exposure of handling the business development in the above mentioned area.
3. The candidate would be based out of Jaipur office and looking after North American market.
