NavisRx - Junior Executive - Sales & Marketing (0-1 yrs)

Are you the rainmaker? Then this is THE opportunity for you! This position will drive NavisRx's IT- Business Products and professional consulting services in India and EU; essentially for the revenue generation.

The person will learn to develop a business strategy that integrates and co-ordinates NavisRx's resources, key stakeholders and manage program opportunities with a career progression to a business management (P&L ownership) role.

The person will be effective and efficient at coordinating virtual resources, building value-based relationships with customer executives, and must be able to close large complex and strategic solutions. Key attributes needed in this role include dealing with ambiguity and establishing NavisRx advantage through strategic thinking, passion and energy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop plans, integrated strategies and lead a virtual team of sales, marketing and technical resources across NavisRx.

- Drive selected projects and - go-to-market- communications comprised of industry solutions and service-offerings, to achieve opportunity win metrics.

- Convey - Why NavisRx- to customers from both business and technical perspectives.

- Lead the development of strategic presentations and proposals to position NavisRx's value and advantage to the customer.

- Develop opportunity pipeline, references/case studies, investment options and business development/opportunity pursuit best practices.

- Own and forecast monthly and quarterly business development based products/ services revenues.

- Meet and beat target revenues Quarterly basis.

- Collaborate across the NavisRx Business with significant focus on solutions that can be delivered by partnering with prospective customers.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- 0-1 years of direct IT enterprise software and services sales (with business development experience preferred. NOTE: Antivirus and allied sales experience will not be considered)

- Successful enterprise product sales experience.

- Understanding of large complex enterprise programs and contract vehicles.

- Experience in selling large IT solutions / services opportunities.

- Successful track record of Sales & Marketing experience focused in technology solutions-

- knowledge of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Process Automation and Industry 4.x

- Ability to develop CXO level relationships and lead strategic initiatives with partners.

- Experience managing enterprise accounts, business pipeline, and revenue forecasts 

- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiations and strategic thinking skills 

- Bachelor's degree with specialty in Business Management, Marketing, or technology or equivalent experience is required.
