What does this role do?

1. Originate and establish relationship with Developers across the target market.

2. Keep track of new projects in the market and empanel new developer projects.

3. Continuously engage with Developers to launch schemes for potential home buyers.

4. Increase Navi's wallet share by engaging with customers and developers.

5. Participate in events, project launches to improve brand visibility.

6. Co-ordinate with internal teams like Marketing, Product to create differentiate offerings.

7. Take complete ownership of targets and individual P&L to meet short term and long-term objectives.

What are we looking for?

- Strong Sales background and extremely good negotiation and convincing skills.

- Must have good communication (fluency in English mandatory).

- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.

- Eye for details - should believe in doing first time right.
