What does this role do ?

1. Originate and establish relationships with Residential real estate Developers across the target market.

2. Keep track of new launches in the market and empanel new developer projects.

3. Continuously engage with Developers to formulate and launch schemes for potential home buyers.

4. Increase Navi's wallet share by engaging with customers and developers.

5. Participate in events, project launches to improve brand visibility.

6. Coordinate with internal teams like Marketing, Product to create differential offerings.

7. Take complete ownership of targets and individual P&L to meet short term and long-term objectives.

What are we looking for ?

1. B2B Key Account management/Business Development background and extremely good negotiation and convincing skills.

2. Analytical bent of mind, customer first approach and drawing insights from consumer behaviour.

3. Must have good communication (fluency in English mandatory).

4. Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.

5. Flexible to intra city travel.
