Digital Marketing Specialist


Navtech is looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to leverage audience insights to drive innovation across social media, content and product strategies.

We're a fast-growing company with clients in the United States, UK, and Australia. You will join a team of talented developers, quality engineers, product managers, and sales experts to boost the company's online presence.

Working as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Navtech, you will:

1. Leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

2. Develop a social media strategy and set goals in alignment with the business goals to increase brand awareness and engagement across all social media channels such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google + and Instagram.

4. Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to plan and execute large-scale marketing campaigns (Google Ads, PPC, SEO, Social Media Marketing).

5. Measuring, analyzing and understanding marketing metrics to drive marketing decisions.

6. Managing email lifecycles to nurture leads and engage with customers.

7. Scaling and managing PPC and PPM campaigns across multiple channels.

8. Edit / Write content for marketing collaterals such as ad copies, landing pages, etc

9. Monitoring the latest technology and digital marketing trends and serving as a subject matter expert for digital marketing activities, identifying and applying best practices in digital marketing.

Whom Are We Looking For Exactly ?

1. Proven work experience as a Digital marketing specialist.

2. Solid knowledge of Hubspot, SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.

3. Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.

4. Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.

5. Use of tools like ahrefs.com, SEMRush is preferable.

6. Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.

7. Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
