National Service Manager - Heat Ventilation/Air Conditioning (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible to provide Technical Support to Customers through respective service teams.
- Service & Spare parts business & customer complaint analysis, corrective & preventive action.
- Providing on line support on ERP Related issues to Service Teams.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 10-15 Yrs Exp of providing Technical Support in Capital equipment/ special purpose machine.
- 3-5 years of experience in leading a service function will be an added advantage.
- Refrigeration circuit, Remote technical support on problem solving preferred.
Education :UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Mechanical
