National Sales Role - Pharma - Cardiology/Diabetes/General Specialty (10-20 yrs)
job Description
- Graduates preferably Post Graduates with Good communications skills both written and Verbal, having experience of having handled south and Western Regions :
- Set and achieve the top-line, middle line and bottom line targets.
- Establish short / long term budgets & corporate strategies.
- Product Promotions & Launches.
- Interface with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations for repeat businesses.
- Conduct weekly & monthly reviews
- Converging SBU Marketing strategy into Sales Strategy.
- Develop and appoint new business partners to expand product reach in the market
- Monitor, recruit, train & motivate the manpower & ensure quality services in the market
There are 2 opportunities :
- One in Cardiology and Diabetes Portfolio and other (General Speciality like Pain management, fever, anti biotics). Candidates should have relevant experience for relevant assignments.
