National Sales Manager/Vice President - Sales - FMCG/Agri (5-7 yrs)

Responsible for managing large -mid-market. Worked in FMCG, Agriproducts, Agritech functions would be a good fit. Candidates with Institutional sales experience (in the area of Supply chain) with IT product companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Experience in developing, communicating and translating sales business strategy into action plans in conjunction with the business strategy.

- Sharp acumen to help increase customer acquisition, shorten sales cycles and build a team to scale.

- Drive and willingness to be involved in all areas of a new age growing business.

- Participate in business development initiatives that are consistent with the company's overall strategy.

- A dynamic sales-oriented person with mid-market coverage who have dealt exclusively with treasury and corporate functions.

- Identifying and sizing potential customers by studying their financials and understanding their business model.

- This role would entail providing a unique treasury solution to the Customers thereby guaranteeing the corporate treasury an attractive ROI through efficient management of their payables. An understanding of supply-chain practice, in general, is a plus since the product interfaces extensively with suppliers and corporates.

- Support the senior sales person in reaching out to the potential clients and assist in the rollout/go-live process by interacting with the support team.

- Manage sales activities of your team including supervision of contracts, direct sales, customer relations, and related financial performance. Team Management and Leadership.

- Conduct market analytics (product benchmarking, customer segmentation & profiling, competition landscaping, competitor sales etc.).

Must have's :

- B2B enterprise sales and marketing experience.

- MBA from Tier-1 colleges.

- Should be comfortable with startup culture.

- Proven track record of implementing enterprise sales & marketing activities.

- Proven track record in increasing the same client revenues.

- Metrics-driven to monitor targets in terms of inbound leads, conversion rates, deal sizes, and account growth.

- Co-Create opportunities working with partners of building a scalable business.

- Superior writing, presentation, and overall communication skills and the ability to develop proposals and presentations that convey business need.
