National Sales Manager - MRI/CT Scan (10-14 yrs)
Position Summary
To meet set goals and develop new market & business through direct channel & Key Opinion leaders
Objective of this Role
Making and executing business plans and strategies & Business Development/ Creating New Market for MRI/Making strategies and developing Business with Major Diagnostic Chains/Corporates/Achieving the numbers/developing luminaries / keeping up the relationship with customers & prospects for new MRI dealt by the company. Keeping up to date about the market & products dealt by 3i. Quarter by quarter performance of the targets set.
Job Description:
- Meeting Key customers for developing new MRI business in the region
- Meeting Key Luminaries in the region to promote our Brand and products.
- Minimum 3 Luminaries in every state
- Making Direct sales Calls and identifying prospects and making daily sales report
- Arranging for Demo if any required for the customers
- Following up of prospects and closing orders
- Payment collections
- Following up of installations and co ordinating between internal teams and support for timely execution of the projects
- Meeting Targets as per set goals by the Management
- Market information like Competitor strategies maintaining order loss statements
- Maintaining Prospects for achieving 1:5 conversion ratio
- Maintaining Competitor installation base list
- Mentoring team & dealers
Job Specification :
- Graduate Engineer / Graduate with Radiology Medical equipment selling experience of above
- 10 years (preferably CT & MRI)
- 10 years of experience in MRI Sales is Must
- Graduate Engineer/Graduate with Radiology equipment (preferably CT & MRI) selling experience
- Strong communication knowledge
- Customer relationship & good team player with best managerial skill
- Sales Objection Handling skills
- Product Knowledge or equivalent selling experience
- Area Knowledge / Should be willing to travel extensively
Must Have :
- Developing new MRI business in the region
- Making Direct sales Calls and identifying prospects and making daily sales report
- 10 years of experience in MRI Sales is Must

Good to Have :
- Having Experience in North and South Region mainly.
