National Sales Manager - Electronic Security Systems (20-27 yrs)
Position: National Sales Manager ESS, India
National sales managers will supervise Securitas India's Large-scale sales operations and teams. Will manage multiple sales managers or teams and measure firm performance.
- National sales managers will build lasting relationships with key clients, providing long-term profitability for the firm.
- Expected to use your high-level sales expertise to develop and drive effective company sales strategies. Success in this role will be demonstrated by meeting sales targets and maintaining a strong presence in chosen market segments.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Designs and implements effective sales strategies for the firm, Pan India
- Generates sales reports and forecasts
- Monitors sales performance & conduct review meetings as per company policy
- Analyzes market trends and behaviours
- Build brand Securitas in India Market
- Leads sales teams nationwide
- Involve in new sale from Technical Specking to order closure
- Meet Regional and Pan India Sales Targets as required by the company
- Maintains healthy working relationships with clients. Retain Existing clients and develop new, as required by the company
- Grow the Sales year on year for India market
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration or similar field
- BTech will be an added advantage
- Must be from Fire and Electronic Security Systems Industry only
- Must have sound technical Knowledge of Fire & Security systems, like CCTV, access control, Fire alarm, Building Management system, Gas suppression, and all associated Fire & Security systems
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales management positions
- Proficient in MS Office and other sales management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong critical and analytical thinking abilities
- Working knowledge of market trends and behaviours
