Title - National Sales Manager

Location - Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR

Team to be set-up.

Interview process: 3 rounds - preliminary with one of the cofounders, second round with MD, final round with a board member.

- Must have experience in Corporate Sales

- Must be from Healthcare/Diagnostics/Wellness sector

CTC - 35 Lacs to 40 Lacs

C) Job Description: NSM

As the NSM, you will grow a new company with a differentiated product offering in the healthcare segment. The ideal candidate will have a successful Sales track record of growing a digital healthcare startup.

1) Key Responsibilities

a) Defining the overall strategy and plan from launch to scale

b) Developing and implementing scalable and efficient strategies for exponential growth

c) Driving growth, profitability and company value

d) Attracting, retaining and developing world-class talent

e) Cultivating a high-performing and agile team culture

f) Driving day-to-day operations

g) Aligning resources to achieve key business goals

h) Owning the operational budget and managing burn rate

i) Managing competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of the strategic objectives

j) Providing expert guidance to all departments, including operations, sales and product

l) Building strategic partnerships and relationships to drive growth

m) Being the public champion for the business

n) Establishing credibility throughout the customer and partner network

Candidate Requirements / specifications : 

- 2 to 5 years of experience leading and scaling a high growth start-up, preferably a company with venture funding and 50+ employees

- Must have experience in Corporate Sales

- Must be from Healthcare/Diagnostic/Wellness

a. Bachelors Degree and Master's Degree

b. P&L responsibilities

c. Proven track record of building successful products and high performing teams from the ground up

d. Prior working experience in developing digital healthcare products and solutions

e. Experience in managing a Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders
